NEW: Repeat offender and Broadway dancer shoves a 76-year-old retired teacher down New York City subway stairs, killing him. 32-year-old Rhamell Burke was seen grinning in court after allegedly carrying out the horrific murder. The victim, Ross Falzone, was a social worker for children with special needs. He was rushed to the hospital and died from a head injury. According to the New York Post, Burke was in court just five hours after the incident for a completely unrelated assault. He was able to walk free because no one recognized him. Burke has since been arrested and was seen smiling in court.

I think this is funny, because this is just the first part of what they'd need to do. They still need to change the Constitution, pass it, then retroactively apply their gerrymander. And there would be lawsuits at each stage. You think SCOVA judges would just accept being retroactively term-limited and say nothing? Hilarious. All before November. Using ... what money, exactly? This most recent fuck-up in VA cost $65-75M, with nothing to show for it. The DNC itself is already in debt. Talk is cheap, but elections aren't. They would need to come up with, what? $150-200M in a few months? All for a pipe dream that would probably lead to in-state violence?
