@IndiGo6E Thx, when trying to change it thru the website it is showing me an absurd cost. Call center said the cost for change will be 17k INR/ticket i.e the same as booking a flight to DXB on 28th Dec. Can u pls explain wht steps do I take since the process is abysmal in both channels?
