@pestctrlguy Just throwing it out there, but have you tried putting pests back in their home immediately after they cancel? Otherwise, I agree with Rand on determining leading indicators. Might work some discovery scripting into service interactions to help with identification.

Ok team, put yourself in my shoes. Not every customer cancels, but of the customers that do cancel their pest control subscription, the majority cancel right at the one year mark. We also have a jump in cancellations at the 90 day mark but not as bad as the 12 month mark. What would you do to increase retention? Open to any and all ideas.
