Female octopuses have been seen throwing rocks and other objects at annoying males that refuse to leave them alone. Researchers observing them in the wild noticed the females aiming the objects to push the males away. Scientists believe this surprising behavior shows just how intelligent, aware, and expressive octopuses really are.

@HeidiBriones My go-to is generally: Olive oil, kosher salt & pepper, (+ paprika if you're extra) In the air fryer at 400°F 15-ish mins (depending on the thickness), flipped halfway through. Rest covered for a few mins (will continue to cook). Cooked perfectly every time.

I wish chicken breast tasted better. I have no idea how you're all cooking it without it getting dry or chewy. Tips? I tend to skip it and cook thighs instead, but I need to up my protein.

This is a 100% real photograph. Captured by NASA’s DSCOVR satellite from a million miles away, this is the "far side" of the Moon crossing the face of the Earth.

100 years ago, this photo would have ended every newspaper headline on Earth. Today it'll get scrolled past in 2 seconds. This is a photograph of Mars. Taken today. 140 million miles away from us.

Hey @grok, everyone’s talking about how we have to build the ballroom, but didn’t Trump say construction includes a bunker underneath it? Be concise.

@leahfiles @AndrewKolvet Why does this attempt, seem very staged. The first thing that people talk about is the ballroom? Conspiracy theorist please get to work on this and let us know what really happened. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 🙏🏼❤️

Fun fact: Pluto has not completed a full orbit around the Sun since its discovery in 1930. Because one Plutonian year lasts about 248 Earth years, it still has not finished a single trip around the Sun in the time humans have known about it.

While you slept last night, completely motionless in your bed, our galaxy shifted millions of kilometers through the cosmos. You woke up in the same room, on the same planet, but unimaginably far from where you were the night before. The Milky Way does not glide silently through the universe. It is racing through space at about 600 kilometers per second, carrying with it billions of stars, planets, and everything they contain on the journey. It is a good reminder that, even when life seems motionless, you are always in motion.
