Milling hardwood dunnage and timbers over and over creates a lot of end cut scraps. In the sawmill operation, all lumber produced and the byproducts thereof, must create revenue and varying margins for the business. We’re just gonna have a little more fun with this new project for the bbq smoke crowd. One night in Vegas, we went to a very expensive steakhouse. I asked for medium rare steak and it came out medium well. $100 worth of garbage! I was going to choke it down, but @SmarterGameShow insisted they remake it for me. He’s a keeper! 🥰
