I regularly review table designs like this where excessive gaps between each column make the table really hard to scan. This is even worse for people using some screen magnification.

Just listened to a founder claim that there was little point focussing on your team as the average tenure for a manager in tech was 15 months. Couldn’t help but wonder if that could be the cause rather than the way to deal with it.
