we’re all kinda expecting the new rare blade and hero to both be a character from another game/some other kind of fanservice but there is still a chance it’ll be two random brand new scrimblos and that’s honestly way funnier so i wouldn’t even be opposed

@CombosDoodles Great Ace Attorney is fantastic when playing the two games immediately after each other. Its hard to rank either game on their own since they rely really heavily on the other.

@_TheSmartAlec1 Depends on your tastes. All the Xenoblade games getting updates, plus a brand new one getting revealed, finally getting updates on the new FE, the big KH4 trailer all really got me hyped up as a big fan of RPGs so I absolutely loved the direct.

@pbjelly__ While the last chapter definitely runs out of steam, I still love absolutely every other moment of this game and the proper epilouge after the final boss never fails to make me emotional. Its my favorite in the series and even the low point isn't enough for me to stop loving it.

@Kingdomace_ The Xenoblade series, and especially the first, have always felt like the perfect blending of Sci Fi and fantasy. Theres robots and mechanical weapons, devices, but its setting never goes too deep sci fi till pretty deep into the story. Its a unique style that I absolutely adore

Xenoblade fans not complain about Xenoblade challenge: Impossible Xenoblade 1 was fantasy until the reveal of the Space Station Xenoblade 2 was VERY fantasy until the reveal of Mecha and the World Tree’s true nature Xenoblade 3 is the only one where it immediately fuses the two. The only difference is approach. This time they’re aiming for a medieval style. That’s it. Swords, bows, staffs, etc. with knights and wyverns. But I am 100% certain it will have the series’ staple sci-fi twist. That’s what makes it Xenoblade. Let Monolithsoft COOK and quit complaining when they stray even A LITTLE from the same formula they’ve been using. Let them have fun.
