@riskbreaker13 This is what I tried first but doesn't work as well with colored sprite as it does with ascii :P And also I don't think it's enough for what I want, the effect I think should give a visual sense that everything appears differently depending on when we're above vs under water.

@AzStrocyte Or maybe try coloring the mob tile. In ML, I colored the ascii to make it look underwater (lol), and it actually works quite well. More of a "character is underwater" versus the player and entire monitor is submerged.

@riskbreaker13 It should look better with something on top of 'above water tiles' I think! I'll do it later maybe if I have the time!

@AzStrocyte The color is great. I'm not sure there's really a way to do underwater otherwise without a filter overtop.
