Biggest mindfuck I got outta therapy today.
I wasn’t an asshole for standing up for myself and setting boundaries with people that kept crossing them.
For years, that gut instinct to be blunt that everyone told me was wrong, and had “no tact”- fucking wasn’t actually.

I used to be like this back at season 6, I used to load up the game every day for 4-7 hrs, be miserable...doom queue hoping I get somewhere to get nowhere if I don't derank. when I started acting like its a video game and got over my mental barrier, game got far easier.
