$AIRS setup continues to be interesting
Jasper Ridley@JasperRidley
Nearly 16K calls at a3 strike expiring today on $AIRS. Looked worthless a week ago, now almost in the money. Nightmare for dealer trying to hedge given potentially 1.6M shares required to buy. Likely big positive earnings release in coming weeks + interesting technicals here.

Pretty much confirms Mission Critical status for $mob
globenewswire.com/news-release/2…
English

Exciting to see $SWMR rip as the market validates the innovation and unprecedented demand for drone tech; it's a literal arms race.
Worth pointing out that Mobilicom, $MOB, is actually Blue UAS Certified which means it's on the approved vendor list for US Military. $SWMR has no such validation, yet.
Additionally, $MOB is already generating revenue, at a $12.5mn runrate, against just a $76mn EV. Net cash, low burn, and inflecting growth in one of the most thematically relevant corners of the market.

@ReadingTheTape4 No, they indicated that it would take a little time to position to address the opportunity. A little time has since passed.
English

@BlueDuckCap except didn't they admit 1 or 2 conference calls ago that their product isn't suited very well for traditional glp-1 patients?

Big news is $AIRS and a setup that continues to jump off the page in terms of squeeze risk. Per Bloomberg the stock has 70% SI. But where's the float?
Vesey Street owns 49%. Aaron Rollins (founder) owns 24% and changed his filing to 13D, indicating he's no longer passive. Jorey Chernett, a prominent health care investor, owns 10%. Thrivent at 9%, Parian Ultreia at 5% and affiliated entities another chunk.
That's ~100% of the float. The top 2 holders can't sell at over 20%.
They just reported that comps turned positive in Feb and guided above the Street for Q1 revenues. Should do $25mn in adj ebitda, against $44mn in debt, so substantially de-levered now.
Cost of GLP-1 has collapsed and the skin tightening opportunity remains very much in the foreground as the company has retooled stores to address this with marketing on the way.
Most $GME like setup in a stock we've seen in a long time. Not advice, just pointing out a pretty interesting special sit. @wallstreetbets

@JoshYoung @BlueDuckCap The question i keep wondering is what are AI enabled, space based imaging and tracking systems capable of? if they can find and track human traffic along the coast it may be possible. nfc though. hard to feel confident on either side of this argument.

Sending in the Marines is a sign that the war isn't ending soon, and that the Strait may remain blocked for some time
Energy Headline News@OilHeadlineNews
Pete Hegseth has approved a request from U.S. Central Command for an element of an amphibious ready group and attached Marine expeditionary unit, typically consisting of several warships and 5,000 Marines: WSJ
English

@BlueDuckCap Is that possible to accomplish with this small of a number of Marines?
English

@BlueDuckCap But how do you secure the strait with the navy?
These guys have ballistic missiles.
English

@OysterCapital_ Why? Marines can help secure Hormuz. IDK...but seems like that would be the logical objective here.
English

@BlueDuckCap I think the marines part is a lot worse than the warships part

One of the best growth stories I'm aware of. And dirt cheap. $TOI
"One of the most encouraging data-points in the quarter in our view is the growth in Capitated revenue, the size of the capitated TAM within Florida from existing clients, and the flow-through to dispensing revenue. We estimate that Humana and CarePlus added 22,000 lives and in total HUM and CarePlus may have more than 400K MA lives in Florida. This means that the size of this client, in Florida alone, could increase more than 10x. Likewise, we estimate that ELV is adding ~77K lives, the size of ELV capitated lives will double in 2026, and we estimate that ELV has ~400K MA lives in Florida. This means that for TOI, the growth potential in Florida is vast and excellent, we also believe that the growth potential in other states is excellent, and we believe that plans are turning to TOI for help in managing oncology trends." - BTIG
English

@BlueDuckCap 100%. first quarter of positive adjusted ebitda and with part D only going to expand in oncology, their opportunity to manage cost from an Rx perspective is still early innings.
