@TheDrMAWZ I agree with the idea. Needs to be studied. To cut down on injection freq, I started doing 1mg before bed. Seemed to work well

@BodyRecompExprt I meant to write twice daily 250 mcg My philosophy is that 2x a day dosing is more beneficial than once a day dosing for BPC - even if the overall dose is lower as the signal to heal is provided twice rather than once

@MFJones1618 Prob a little higher but my scale says around 9% I'm retaining more water than normal, so that will be considered lean mass and deflate fat %

No, I started TRT back in November. It's definitely made a difference. It may not be my peak physique... Natty about 4 years ago was probably it. But after age 37 (and having 2 kids) my recoverability took a hit I had a bad neck injury last year. Pinched nerve, bulging disc, severe weakness. That prompted me to try peptides. They worked amazing and opened me up to TRT

I have a model/philosophy that the body works in waves, cycles, and flows Spamming something all the time probably isn't good. Allowing a hormetic/theraputetic stimulus to happen with a cyclical blast seems to be a generally good move Somethings need to be regular; like essential vitamins, minerals, conezymes etc.
