FBI was proud to join our partners announcing a major breakthrough in a decades old cold case out of Texas… the infamous “Texas Killing Fields” case, where the bodies of dozens of murdered women and young girls were discovered in a League City field near Houston from the 1970’s through 1990’s. James Dolphs Elmore Jr. is in custody and has been indicted for his alleged role in the deaths of 16-year-old Laura Miller and 30-year-old Audrey Cook, two of the women whose bodies were found in 1986. Thank you to @FBIHouston, partners in Galveston, and Texas law enforcement for the great work. This is the second major decades-old cold case the FBI has helped solve in a matter of weeks - as our investigative teams and in-house Investigative Genetic Genealogy (IGG) team continue to do outstanding work with partners 24/7. These women and their families deserve justice. This FBI will never stop working to deliver it. More to come.

$IBRX 🔥 Revenue +700% → $113M Shorts trapped at ~40% of the float Saudi Arabia just greenlit it — Gulf money incoming @DrPatrick has been right for 10+ years. ANKTIVA is the immune system finally winning. No more chemo/radiation massacre. It's personal...my sister was diagnosed with GBM at 31. This could have changed everything. Diamond hands since $2.46. God bless Texas. God bless the United States of America. And may God continue to protect our President. 🇺🇸 Things didn’t go our way last night, but that’s alright. Because with Jesus Christ at the center of our lives, and with millions of Texans who still believe in faith, family, and freedom, I know the future is bright. This was a spirited campaign, and I wouldn’t have done it any other way. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to spend these past months traveling across our great state, meeting new friends, hearing your stories, and building relationships that I pray will last a lifetime. Emily and I are deeply grateful. But the thing I’m most grateful for today is getting to go home to my family. To hug my children again. To plant a big kiss on little Willie, Victoria, and Olivia. And to once again focus on being a father and continuing to serve the people of our district, the greatest district in the country. To everyone who placed their faith in me and cast a vote for Wesley Hunt, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. You will never know how much your support meant to me and my family. What comes next is in God’s hands. But I am proud of the race we ran, and I’m proud of the way we ran it, positive, uplifting, and focused on the future. Because that’s who I am. And that’s who we are as Texans. Until we meet again, This is Wesley Hunt saying, God bless you, and God bless Texas.

@EricLDaugh Good. He shouldn't. Texas is fed up with Cornyn and has been for a long while now. Paxton has been a stellar AG and will be a stellar Senator. Cornyn is a swamp creature and would benefit greatly from the term limit proposition we just voted overwhelmingly YES on yesterday.

@KenPaxtonTX And that is why you are the better choice. We all know Cornyn's history. Texans aren't stupid and we don't have short memories. The SAVE Act is the most important issue re: the future of our democracy. If you drop, we can write in your name. 👍

The Save America Act is the most important bill the U.S. Senate could ever pass, and I'm committed to helping President Trump get it done. I would consider dropping out of this race if Senate Leadership agrees to lift the filibuster and passes the SAVE America Act. John Cornyn is a coward who has refused to support abolishing the filibuster to pass this bill. Now, Fake News reporters and the establishment are trying to destroy me with misinformation. The truth is clear: No one has been more loyal to Donald Trump than me—fighting the stolen 2020 election, being in Mar-a-Lago when he announced his 2024 campaign, and standing with him in NY in the face of lawfare. For the good of our country and for the good of passing President Trump's agenda, I am determined to help him get this done.

@GoldenAgeTimes2 I understand the art of this deal. If this deal is made it doesn't change my opinion either way...Thune and Cornyn are still what they are and Paxton is still the better choice. Best outcome: SAVE Act passes via whatever it takes and us Texans are smart enough to figure it out.

About President Trump's upcoming TX AG endorsement: For all those mad at the idea of the endorsement being Cornyn, you aren't seeing the bigger picture. At all. That's ok, let me spell it out for you, before you throw in the towel & write Trump off, ESPECIALLY if you've been fighting to get that bum Thune to do what it takes to get SAVE America passed. Trump is a business man, with over 60 years of experience in the game. He knows how to make deals better than anyone I have ever seen in my life. With that said, he does these deals with currency, & that currency is not always money. This is a classic example of that. Sen. John Cornyn has something to offer that AG Ken Paxton does not: being the bargaining chip that ultimately leads to the SAVE America Act to get passed. How many times has Trump demanded Thune to pass it & nuke the filibuster? How many times have WE demanded the same things? Too many times to count. This is where Cornyn becomes useful. Beyond useful, in fact. Thune is right where Trump wants him: on his knees BEGGING for Trump to endorse Cornyn, despite not doing what Trump tells him to do. Thune is at the point where he is on national TV BEGGING for this outright. Again, Trump has him cornered, about to checkmate him with his next move. There's already rumors swirling that this is, in fact, the case. Cornyn is extraordinarily valuable to Thune. For hat reason, remains to be seen. But nevermind that. It's not important right now. What's important & matters more than anything else is getting SAVE America passed, nuking the filibuster or invoking the Talking Filibuster to get it passed & on President Trump's desk. President Trump is likely going to force Thune to do this & then give his endorsement to Cornyn. It's actually a genius trade-off. If this gets SAVE America passed, then why get mad about this? We are getting what we want, Trump gets what he wants, & so does Thune & Cornyn. Everyone wins. We get secure elections that will EXPAND OUR LEAD in the Senate. So even with Cornyn there, his No-vote won't matter at all.

I was born in Texas. I’m going to die in Texas. And I’m raising my family in Texas because I love this state with everything I have. Today is the day. This is our moment, as Texans, as neighbors, as families who believe in faith and freedom, to choose a new generation of leadership. A generation that understands service is temporary. A generation that believes you serve, you deliver, and then you pass the torch. I got into this race to give Texans a real conservative choice. I was the first in the country to endorse President Trump. I stood with him from day one because I believe in fighting for this country, not managing its decline. But long before politics, I wore the uniform of the United States Army. I flew 55 combat missions over Baghdad. I deployed to Saudi Arabia. I bowed my head before missions and asked God to bring me home safely. Service is not a talking point to me, it is who I am. I come from a family of three West Point graduates. My father is a retired lieutenant colonel. We have more than 60 years of military service in our family. We were taught that leadership is about sacrifice, not titles. I’m asking for your vote, not because I want a lifetime in Washington, but because I want to serve two terms and then step aside. That is how you keep a republic strong. That is how you prevent power from becoming permanent. Thirty years in the United States Senate is not service. It is a career. And Texans deserve better than career politicians. Today, we have the opportunity to turn the page on the status quo. To remind Washington that Texas still believes in faith, in family, in freedom, and in servant leadership. I am humbly asking for your vote. I am asking for your prayers. And most importantly, I want you to know this from my heart, I love you, Texas. Thank you.

🚨 BREAKING: The Iranian Women’s Football Team just refused to sing the regime’s anthem at the Asian Cup. Let that sink in. In front of the world, they chose courage over fear. That’s real rebellion. That’s real feminism. Not pink hats and hashtags. Iranian women are risking everything to stand up to a brutal regime and they know America under President Trump has their back. The tide is turning. Freedom is louder than their anthem. 🇺🇸🇮🇷

I am going to apologize in advance. I can't help myself but will take the opportunity to provide a long dissertation on the history and strategy of the development of a cancer vaccine at ImmunityBio starting as far back as 2017. I will also provide detailed information as to the mechanism of action, both of Anktiva as the backbone as well as the combination of Anktiva with the product pipeline of ImmunityBio to develop the Cancer BioShield platform. I know this will be long but it is the annual report of a decades worth of work. I will try to provide a slide deck ahead of the discussion tomorrow. @ImmunityBio

$IBRX: The $505m of Friendly Debt🧬📈 The $505M Debt isn't a liability it's an insider's bet on total dominance. As we head into tomorrow’s FY2025 earnings call, here is the breakdown of why the structural setup is unique. 1. The $505M "Friendly" Debt:💰 -The debt is owed to Nant Capital, 100% owned by founder Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong. -A recent amendment now allows Soon-Shiong to convert any portion of this $505M into equity at any time. The Signal: Converting debt into shares at $5.43 is the ultimate vote of confidence. He isn't looking for interest payment's; he’s looking for the $10B+ market cap re-rating. 2. 700% Revenue Momentum:📈 Preliminary data shows $113M in 2025 revenue a staggering 700% YoY jump. ANKTIVA isn't just a clinical success; it’s a commercial rocket. With unit volume up 750%, adoption is officially here. 3. What to Watch at Earnings (March 3): ANKTIVA Guidance: Looking for 2026 revenue projections. If they guide toward $250M+, the "unprofitable biotech" narrative dies. Global Footprint: Updates on the 33-country launch, specifically the Saudi Arabia lung cancer rollout (the first global approval 🌎 Debt Conversion: Listen for any hints on when Soon-Shiong plans to wipe the $505M from the balance sheet by converting it to equity. Dr. Soon-Shiong now controls 66.3% of the float. He’s not just the founder; he’s the number 1 backer. The shorts are in serious trouble.👀 #FinTwit #stockmarkets #StocksToBuy #StocksToTrade #investment #shortsqueeze

As I reflect on the Cuomo special on “ Why have we not cured Cancer” I marvel and am so encouraged by the candid and honest comments made by Jay, Tony and Peter that night. I had never met either @JayBattachary nor @DrTonyLetai nor Peter the former FDA asst Commisioner until the Chris Cuomo show on Friday night. I was so so inspired by their statements during the live show and will highlight what they shared with the audience and the American public. It was so encouraging to me that we have new NIH and NCI leadership and ( past) FDA leadership who understands the issues that would have major impact on our country, affecting patients with cancer and even longevity. That the intersection of the advances in Science and innovation and Regulatory Policy is needed to keep Americans healthy and in fact is the essence of MAHA. And that science matters. Most importantly the commitment by Chris Cuomo to host a show that allows detailed, honest civil discussion of the most important issues that face our nation. No other station has aired such a show and allowed the American public to be part of the conversation as important and devastating as cancer. I remain grateful to Chris and the executives at NewsNation for creating such a unique show. And for Chris asking the right ( and difficult often unspoken) questions. Lots still to answer..I hope more shows like this to come. The candid and insightful statements that were shared with the public by Jay, Tony and Peter included: 1. The real progress made in the field of immunotherapy 2.The inadequacies at the current FDA bureaucracy levels of one division not recognizing what another division has already affirmed and keeping up with the rapid evolution of scientific advances that affect the health of the American people especially the desperate patients with cancer who have failed all standards of care. 3. The inconsistencies between approval of single arm trials when it is applied to big pharma for essentially the same immunotherapy field and when the indication was approved across multiple tumor types based on single arm trials 4 The remarks by the former FDA Assistant Commisioner that FDA policy has already established that the Mechanism of Action if affirmed aligns with ability for this mechanism to be asserted across suplemental indications 5. And perhaps most importantly the NIH director who affirmed that the “ Plausible Mechanism of Action” just announced by FDA is indeed the path to expedite access of life saving drugs to the American public. I was so heartened by this statement, since this was the case I have tried to make to the FDA at my multiple visits to DC- that the plausible mechanism of action that the FDA published in the NEJM as the modernized pathway should apply to IL-15. Especially since the mechanism of activating NK and T cells and memory T cells with IL-15 was affirmed by the NCI itself as far back as 2007 and then re-affirmed by the FDA itself in the approved Anktiva label for bladder cancer. So beyond “ plausible” and in fact affirmed! See section 12.1 of the package insert for those interested. I will find each of these video segments and post them as NewsNation releases the You Tube full video today. More to come as Chris said at the end of the show. Thanks NewsNation and thanks Chris for opening up this conversation on cancer for transparency to the public and exposing the machinations and obstacles behind the scenes!!
