#BREAKING Four more alleged members of the Homietos outlaw motorcycle gang have been arrested, bringing the total number of arrests to 17. All are charged with a superseding indictment in connection with a racketeering conspiracy involving numerous violent crimes, including several Houston-area murders. Arrested today are ▪️Romeo Jose Ferrer aka Primo of Kingsville; ▪️Mark Anthony Magallan aka Loco of Houston; ▪️Ralph Eugene Kellum aka REK, of Vidor; ▪️and Bryce Cook aka Cowboy of Angleton. FBI Houston, @TxDPSSoutheast, the Texas Board of Criminal Justice, U.S. Marshals, and other law enforcement partners worked on this investigation.

Case Update from @FBIHouston: A former correctional officer has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for trafficking methamphetamine. Martel Devante Gilliam pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Gilliam was a correctional officer at the Federal Correctional Complex in Beaumont, Texas, where he was identified as a source of supply for illegal drugs at the prison. #BREAKING Federal carjacking and firearms charges have been filed against the 18 year-old accused of fatally shooting a woman in the Houston Heights neighborhood on Friday night. Darius Dewayne Hall is accused of robbing and killing 61-year-old Marietta Allison of Austin who was in Houston to support a friend undergoing cancer treatment. Four Houston gang members have been convicted of conspiracy and bank robbery in connection to a string of ATM robberies and “juggings” in Beaumont. The convictions are the result of an investigation started by the Beaumont Police Department and FBI Beaumont into a series of bank robberies targeting ATM repair technicians during 2024. Six inmates at the Federal Correctional Complex in Beaumont, TX have been charged with assault in connection with the attack of a fellow inmate on May 2, 2025. They are Earnest Dale Collins; Anderson Garcia; Ira Hall; Quincy Homere; Richard Royal; and Eric Terrill Spencer. FBI Beaumont investigated. #SETXnews

FBI Houston sends its condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Deputy Kenneth Lewis as he is laid to rest today. Dep. Lewis was hit by a vehicle on February 21 as he was helping a stranded driver on the Katy Freeway. Dep. Lewis died two days later. @FBCSO

Reuben Waller Boyer, 27, has been sentenced to 14 years in federal prison for coercing and enticing children to produce, and possession of, child sexual abuse material.
