@CV19Index No published data supports correlating so-called “proxy events” (e.g. pneumonia, influenza) & “near-term risk of severe complications from general [respiratory] infections” specifically to COVID-19 related ARDS. The only known preinfection granularities are comorbidities & age.

We are about to build a #covid19 patient risk score by using risk coefficients for severe illness/ death from published studies. We plan to use this to prioritize patients in primary care for outreach and extra support. If anyone has already built this, can you please share?

@Farzad_MD We're doing something similar @CollectiveMed with our targeted cohorts helping care teams incl pcps and case managers identify and triage those at most risk for #covid19 severe illness/death - happy to share and collaborate.
