Ideally, the pursuit of health (similar to pursuing education), is modeled as a role that people take up throughout their lives. The problem is that we don’t appreciate it as a ‘role’ (with all that roles entail).

@snarkyRedhd @AskAManager @bulldawg_170 Even if the CEO’s ‘do no harm’ argument has merit, their actions show they’re either lying or a bad leader. Real ‘do no harm’ actions would include phased transition schedules, stick around bonuses, etc. Nope.

@AskAManager @bulldawg_170 .my boss’s boss at the hospital I work at says he doesn’t know how many patients would have to be transferred or how many people would be turned away if this unit stopped operating here but it would be a huge disruption that could harm and kill many It’s a creepy solution tho
