I created fitfileforge.com to make creating workouts on Garmin easier. You type in the workout you want to do (ex: warm up then 10x400 then cool down) and you'll get a nicely structured workout sent to Garmin. You can be more specific - @ 160-165 BPM, 330-350W, etc.

@EvolvingWild @domluszczyszyn Got it! Would be interesting to explore allocating on-ice xGF to players as “xGF Created” or something, where each player on ice gets some fraction of the expectation.

@CWeth @domluszczyszyn I believe that chart is for individual xG (total xG of the shots the specific player took). We were referencing his on-ice xGF (total xG of unblocked shots taken for Buffalo while Power was on the ice).

It appears Owen Power just posted the highest on-ice total EV xGF for any player in a game since 2007. I'm still in disbelief a bit b/c this is out of ~650k player games. Out of control.
