Extremely frustrated and feeling powerless to get @BMO to pay me $ they owe me. I paid off my loan a month ago with a cheque from @economicalCA made out to @BMO and me. Over $40K of that cheque is mine to purchase another wheelchair vehicle. I'm stranded. They couldn't care less.
