@physedreview Which speaker do you use to connect? I have a new indoor space/classroom and need both a mic and a speaker. Figured I should get them together.

This is a fantastic #PhysEd conference! The overall feel is family oriented and super comfortable. @ArtieKamiya is the grandpa who has time for anyone and everyone and you always feel like you’re his favorite!

@BigTennPhysEd I just put in a request for PL for SHAPE National Conference. What should I budget? I put $1,500. Should I ask for more than that? Our district pays for it all if you ask in time.

Presenters. Are. Volunteers. Where is our discount? We miss most of the session before for prep & the session after for clean up & questions. Plus the session we present means we miss roughly half a day of attending sessions, but we still have to pay the full day price. 👎

Field Day 3-5 is complete!! Galactic Games were out of this world!

@AnthonyNesci22 I do a warm up activity called tempo track. I made it in garage band with slow, medium, and fast music. They walk 35 seconds, jog 35 seconds, and run for 20 seconds. 3 rounds for a total of 5 minutes. My K-2 kids love it.

Need help with activity ideas that focuses on S1.E2.5- Uses appropriate pacing for a variety of running distances. #physed

@holben_pe Cues: Back, Flat, Push strong & fast. 1. Stand still, let it spin & drop. Feel it against your stomach & back. 2. Rock the hips, press into feet, fwd on one side bwd other side. 3. combine the spin and rocking motion. Non hooping options: hula timer, hula jump, hula circus.
