@CoachDanCasey As long as their being out of shape doesn’t affect their job. I’ve seen a few coaches in the past bringing chairs or coolers to the field to sit on while coaching. If a coach has to do that then perhaps it’s a different conversation that should be had.

Is it important for a coach to be in good shape?
