Very appreciative of the many people who made the AveryStrong Showcase at Puget Sound such a success. More than 130 college coaches attended and were incredibly grateful for the opportunity to evaluate a talented group of student-athletes representing schools and states from across the country. A special shoutout to our current players, whose hard work and willingness to serve helped make the day possible. We couldn’t do it without you.

Roughly 340 high schools play football in Washington. Nearly half will be represented tomorrow at Puget Sound for our AveryStrong camp. That number speaks to the depth of talent across our state and to how strongly the high school community has rallied behind the AveryStrong Foundation for years. Graduation!

Had a great time at @DaveandBusters. At the end, we were trying to decide between the slingshot and the sunglasses when a really kind couple came up and told my son they had extra tickets and asked if he’d rather get a giant stuffed animal instead. So… welcome the newest member of our family. One of those small but meaningful “pay it forward” moments that I’m grateful my son got to experience firsthand. Thank you random couple!
