My old coaster YouTube page that I made in 2005 and really stopped in 2009 has a Google email and it made a Twitter account without me knowing it. I guess I’ll start having a coaster Twitter now 🤷

@Coaster101 But it’s all subjective. There are people who count Intamin 1st generation drop towers like Demon Drop. I don’t, but they do. 🤷

@Coaster101 They also replaced the support structure of the coaster. The old BTM is gone, and this is a new Vekoma built BTM. To me, I consider a new coaster because it was more than just track work. Just like Hulk, where they literally tore it down, including the supports and footers.

@darthvader92 That’s it’s normal speed. Thunder is basically outside Space Mountain. The speed really varies based off weight, temperature, how many laps it’s ran that day, etc. Take it from this former BTM trainer and coord 😉 (the one that trained you at Slinky)

@SplashMHS @tarynewyss Now, as for my opinion. I was excited for Tiana because we had “known” about it for years. And honestly, it got annoying working there being asked all day “where are these characters from?”.
But, I was disappointed. I think the ride would have been great if based off th film.

@SplashMHS @tarynewyss I can’t honestly confirm a date. But it always sounded like the plan was pushed back til after the 50th *cough* Tron *cough*. The plan was always there, but I do believe whe it was announced was a trigger response.

you’re right Splash Mountain being based on Song of the South was in no way controversial or politically charged, which is why you can still ride it in the US parks today!
