For an example, he reaches back 18+ years for a generalization about Dems. Meanwhile on the R side, there is a whole Wikipedia article regarding Donald Trump security incidents! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_…
David Axelrod@davidaxelrod

I was with my friend @BarackObama in 2007, the day he, as a candidate, was assigned Secret Service protection, Laura, because of the intense nature and volume of threats against him. We've seen Dems and Rs targeted. This is an American problem. So maybe it's you who should give it a rest?

How about you Ms. Warren, how much are you paying in income tax? Your "fair share"?
Robby Starbuck@robbystarbuck

When politicians say @elonmusk needs to pay more taxes, they want you to forget the following: 1. He already pays more tax than anyone, ever. 2. Which of them do you trust to turn one dollar into more dollars that end up in workers pockets and in products we all benefit from?

Most people think FOIA requests are for journalists chasing scandals. Here's what we used them for. The CDC's own website says it in black and white: "Vaccines do not cause autism." Mountains of science, they said. The evidence is settled, they said. So @AaronSiriSG did something simple. He said let's FOIA for the things I'm pretty sure they don't actually have. We asked the CDC to provide every trial they relied upon to establish that the first six vaccines given in the first six months of life do not cause autism. A year and a half of litigation (and a fortune in legal fees.) And they finally came into court and said they have no such trials. Not one for any of the six vaccines we asked about. The mountain of science doesn't exist. It never did. And here is the part that I think about most. I understand why this is hard to accept. You are busy. You are not a medical student. You just want to be able to hand your baby to a doctor and trust that someone has done their homework. That is a completely reasonable thing to want. That is exactly how they got away with it for so long. We trusted and we never asked. And the moment someone finally asked, in a court of law, with the full weight of the legal system behind the question, the answer was silence. A house of cards held up by the one thing they never expected: someone checking. Start by watching "An Inconvenient Study." Then ask your own questions.

This animal was ‘competent’ enough to vote. He was ‘competent’ enough to get welfare. He was ‘competent’ enough to get public housing. He was ‘competent’ enough to get EBT. He was ‘competent’ enough to get free bus rides. He was ‘competent’ enough to acquire a murder weapon. He was ‘competent’ enough to slice a girls throat in an instant. He was ‘competent’ enough to immediately brag about murdering “that white girl.” This animal was ‘competent’ enough to stand trial for 14 (!!!!) previous violent offenses and be set free. But now that he’s facing the death penalty he’s miraculously ‘incompetent’ and cannot be judged. My blood is boiling. Impeach and punish the corrupt judges who allowed this violent repeat offender to be free to kill Iryna. Federal charges better stick and deliver the death penalty to this monster, who was caught on camera committing racial hate murder. Make it a public execution. End this madness. We cannot share a society with these people. Kill evil.

Muslims living with Hindus = Problem. Muslims living with Buddhists = Problem. Muslims living with Christians = Problem. Muslims living with Jews = problem. Muslims living with Sikhs = Problem. Muslims living with Shintos = Problem. Muslims living with Atheists = Problem. Muslims living with Muslims = Big problem. Muslims are not happy in Gaza. They are not happy in Egypt. They are not happy in Libya. They are not happy in Algeria. They are not happy in Morocco. They are not happy in Tunisia. They are not happy in Iran. They are not happy in Iraq. They are not happy in Yemen. They are not happy in Afghanistan. They are not happy in Pakistan. They are not happy in Syria. They are not happy in Lebanon. They are not happy in Nigeria. They are not happy in Kenya. They are not happy in Sudan. Where are Muslims happy? They are happy in Belgium. They are happy in Australia. They are happy in England. They are happy in France. They are happy in Italy. They are happy in Germany. They are happy in Norway. They are happy in Sweden. They are happy in America & Canada. Why are they happy in these countries? Because they breed like wild animals & they get to suck on the taxpayer welfare tit. They are happy in almost every country that is not Islamic. And, Who do they blame? Not Islam. Not their leaders. Not themselves. They blame the countries they are happy in. And, if that’s not offensive enough, They want to change the countries they are happy in to be like the countries they come from where they were unhappy. Islam is a Cancer….

Food for thought. Trump, Hormuz and the End of the Free Ride For half a century, Western strategists have known that the Strait of Hormuz is the acute point where energy, sea power and political will intersect. That knowledge is not in dispute. What is new in this war with Iran is that the United States, under Donald Trump, has chosen not to rush to “solve” the problem. In Hegelian terms, he is refusing an easy synthesis in order to force the underlying contradiction to the surface. The old thesis was simple: the US guarantees open sea lanes in the Gulf, and everyone else structures their economies and politics around that free insurance. Europe and the UK embraced ambitious green policies, ran down hard‑power capabilities and lectured Washington on multilateral virtue, secure in the assumption that American carriers would always appear off Hormuz. The political class behaved as if the American security guarantee were a law of nature, not a contingent choice. Their conduct today is closer to Chamberlain than Churchill: temporising, issuing statements, hoping the storm will pass without a fundamental reordering of their responsibilities. Trump’s antithesis is to withhold the automatic guarantee at the moment of maximum stress. Militarily, the US can break Iran’s residual ability to contest the Strait; that is not the binding constraint. The point is to delay that act. By allowing a closure or semi‑closure to bite, Trump ensures that the immediate pain is concentrated in exactly the jurisdictions that have most conspicuously free‑ridden on US power: the EU and the UK. Their industries, consumers and energy‑transition assumptions are exposed. In that context, his reported blunt message to European and British leaders, you need the oil out of the Strait more than we do; why don’t you go and take it? Is not a throwaway line. It is the verbalisation of the antithesis. It openly reverses the traditional presumption that America will carry the burden while its allies emote from the sidelines. In this dialectic, the prize is not simply the reopening of a chokepoint. The prize is a reordered system in which the United States effectively arbitrages and controls the global flow of oil. A world in which US‑aligned production in the Americas plus a discretionary capability to secure,or not secure, Hormuz places Washington at the centre of the hydrocarbon chessboard. For that strategic end, a rapid restoration of the old status quo would be counterproductive. A quick, surgical “fix” of Hormuz would short‑circuit the dialectic. If Trump rapidly crushed Iran’s remaining coastal capabilities, swept the mines and escorted tankers back through the Strait, Europe and the UK would heave a sigh of relief and return to business as usual: underfunded militaries, maximalist green posturing and performative disdain for US power, all underwritten by that same power. The contradiction between their dependence and their posture would remain latent. By declining to supply the synthesis on demand, and by explicitly telling London and Brussels to “go and take it” themselves, Trump forces a reckoning. European and British leaders must confront the fact that their energy systems, their industrial bases and their geopolitical sermons all rest on an American hard‑power foundation they neither finance nor politically respect. The longer the contradiction is allowed to unfold, the stronger the eventual synthesis can be: a new order in which access to secure flows, Hormuz, Venezuela and beyond, is explicitly conditional on real contributions, not assumed as a right. In that sense, the delay in “taking” the Strait, and the challenge issued to US allies to do it themselves, is not indecision. It is the negative moment Hegel insisted was necessary for history to move. Only by withholding the old guarantee, and by saying so out loud to those who depended on it, can Trump hope to end the free ride.

I have warned the world time and again: the greatest, most imminent threat to the lives of Iranian civilians is not an external strike. The true danger is the terrorist syndicate currently occupying our own country. You want undeniable proof? Watch this video. Today, Friday, April 3rd. Just after 4:00 PM. The IRGC panics and fires an air defense missile over our capital. But because this terror machine is as utterly incompetent as it is bloodthirsty, the launch completely fails. The missile drops out of the sky and slams directly into a civilian residential neighborhood near Mehrabad Airport. One innocent life extinguished. Four more left bleeding in the rubble. They are literally raining their own fire down on our homes. This is already the third failed missile during this war that I know of to crash back down onto our own soil one of them being the absolute horror of the Minab school incident. This isn't collateral damage; it is a slaughter born of pure incompetence & malice. And as long as they hold power, it will not be the last.
