If you actually read that Politico hit piece you’ll see that many of the messages are being taken wildly out of context. For example, the guy who said “I love Hitler” was clearly being sarcastic. It’s explicitly meant to be a sarcastic joke. And yet Politico put that quote in the headline of the article and conservatives are lining up to offer denunciations. How in the hell is anyone on the Right still falling for this trick? How have you not learned by now to take absolutely nothing from the leftist media at face value, ESPECIALLY if it’s a blatant political hit piece?

There’s much to unpack & reflect on from this weekend.. so first off, congratulations to @Griz & his team for putting together such an immaculate & damn near perfect festival. Both of my sets this weekend did not go as planned as we had some technical issues both nights. It really gutted me the first night, & I couldn’t really shake it off. But after a couple hours, I reminded myself that the weekend wasn’t really about me or any of us other artists.. but rather about the return of someone who I think is so essential & important to this scene. Every lane, industry, or scene has an ideal, or even few ideals to aim for. & I think griz is one of those ideals in terms of being someone trying to spread love, cultivating such a community, & being one of the brightest light-workers in music. I resonate so much & share all of those objectives. Watching him do his thing was so validating & made me feel very grateful to have been a part of the first seven stars.. & to happily be a light-working, love-spreading, community-creating disciple in this world. Those are the missions & they were in full effect. Given how unhapppy I was with some aspects of my sets, & how hard I can be on myself.. I think it speaks volumes to what took place this whole weekend that I’ve never felt more fulfilled after a festival lol. Truly a special weekend. Can’t wait for the next one. #happystars
