Two riders experiencing @Tesla FSD Unsupervised yesterday in Austin for the first time.

Why have I seen so many people saying they are cancelling their R2 order because they don’t want a taxi as their vehicle?
That’s like saying I don’t want a computer because my work has them there…

This Reply to Elon saying he’s unhappy got me thinking…. Money 💵 💰💴 buys things- things DON’T make us happy (transient dopamine rushes)– if happy before rich you’ll be mildly happier- BUT if un-content, unsatisfied or unfulfilled before— some problems will be gone (& others will come)! You’ll still essentially be unhappy (or unfulfilled) @elonmusk (and everyone) hoping you find and lean into what makes you happy!

Money buys things but physical things don’t make us happy (beyond transient dopamine rush)– if you’re happy before being rich you’ll be mildly happier- BUT if you were not content, unsatisfied or unfulfilled before— some problems will be gone (others will come), but you’ll still essentially be unhappy (or unfulfilled)

As a parent, I can’t stress enough DO NOT LIMIT YOUR TEENS SPEED. Where it sounds like a good idea, imagine something happens to your kid because they couldn’t accelerate away from an out of control car. There are many scenarios where they might need to accelerate, think wisely.

@99_Colorado Sorry don’t agree with this. You cap it at 75 and not need a reason ever to “run away” at anything faster than. 75mph max speed is plenty to zoom and maneuver your way to safety. Leaving it opened ended is an invite. Case in point— kids with a CT on thxsgiving in Oakland.

Hot Take: even as a Tesla bull- with Waymo lowering prices on HW & using Hyundais- will be able to scale large metros
$TSLA exclusivity if they add user vehicles to rural areas.

@dallasteslaclub @Waymo @robotaxi I am a Tesla bull- but with Wayno switching to a lower priced rig & using Hyundais- will be able to scale most large metros. Tesla’s exclusivity if they add user vehicles will be rural areas.
