First of all, thank you all for your prayers and vibes.
My dad is still in the hospital, and has pneumonia. They're pumping him full of antibiotics to try and get that taken care of before they even do a biopsy for his prostate. His dementia symptoms have gone off the rails because of the pneumonia, which happens every time someone with dementia gets ill, but my stepmom is hoping to get him discharged and admitted to a rehab center closer to their home soon. But right now, he remains in the hospital. They're doing an endoscopy today. He's had trouble swallowing over the past several years, and they want to make sure that him eating/drinking isn't contributing to his pneumonia.
It's all just a big clusterfuck right now. Hopefully we will have some answers soon.

My dad is in the ER and might have prostate cancer.... To make matters worse, his dementia has been declining his faculties for the past couple of years, and any sickness makes these significantly worse. He can't physically handle any sort of treatment if he has cancer.... Please keep him in your prayers, or send good vibes or whatever... Just make him not suffer if it is his time...

Europe is starting to ban A/C for 2 reasons: 1. To kill old people with heat stroke who use up all the tax dollars in socialized medicine. 2. To make everyone feel hot and miserable so the “global warming” scam feels more real and they can pass more tax increases. These globalist elites are truly evil.

I am a woman who has been married for 28 years, so I speak from some experience when I say more women need to read up on reactive desire and be willing to try. And men need to be willing to offer a pressure free out with alternate non-penetrative bonding if applicable.
Having an attitude of sex as scarcity is bad for both. Sets up too much pressure on the woman and too much anticipatory rejection for the man.
Women should be kind if they really must reject advances because they’re not in the headspace to even try to get in the mood. And men should be sensitive that it’s not their body being penetrated so if she can’t get there maybe it doesn’t need to happen that night.
Communication is key. Over a long marriage there will be peaks and valleys but there are more peaks when both people really try to be good at sex and fun and open to keeping things spicy.
People mock date nights but I say have entire date personas. Become someone else for the evening; playing a character can help unlock desires from repression and encourage flirty experimentation.
Mostly ignore marital sex discourse online. It’s toxic and will not get you married, get you laid, or keep you married. Just find someone you like and build something worth having. Everyone is so defeated and victimized these days.
