अब यह सब सुनकर, पढ़कर कोई एक्साइटमेंट नहीं होता है। बिहार को आजादी के समय से ही खाली अनाउंसमेंट मिला है । अगर ऐसा कोई काम हुआ है तो बताया जाए?
