If you want big lifts…you gotta build a brutally strong upper back. I train the hell out of my upper back weekly, usually hitting some form of rows or pull downs 3-4x a week.

Ok this isn’t perfect depth, but I ripped my pants doing it, so it counts 😆 460x1 and 425x2 squat. I’m back in business. Back fees good!
