Because about an hour later, they said Kyle Rittenhouse was acting like he wanted to give aid. One of the black men said hey you were just pointing your gun at us earlier. That’s when everything started He was the instigator!! Daniel Penny- Mentally ill person who was menacing and threatening to kill people. Threat of imminent harm to others, tried to use non-lethal force. Rick Chow- The defense claim is that the Cyrus pointed a gun at his son. Threat of death. Kyle Rittenhouse- Was physically assaulted and hit by a skateboard. Fear of imminent physical harm. George Zimmerman did not initiate the physical confrontation. He had lost sight of Martin when Martin came back to confront him about being followed and started the assault. He was on the ground being beaten when he shot him. The only questionable case is Rick Chow because the evidence on the gun being pointed is shaky. The rest are clear self-defense cases. The problem with Karmelo's case is that he used deadly force in response to non-deadly force. And the Texas law is clear on justification. If he had punched Metcalf he would have had a self-defense case against assault. You need to compare apples to apples. Show me a Texas case where a white person stabbed someone who had only shoved them but was acquitted and I'll agree with you. Otherwise, each of these cases followed the law and the jury's findings are fair.

OK, I’ll answer that but I wanna make a point that there were 3 black female candidates for the jury in this case that showed up all three got dismissed because of their occupations of being educators?? ……., And one black man that showed up was dismissed off of some weird allegations of racial bias….. Oh the Irony!!!!!! .. As for the verdict I feel this way. A precedent was sent by the last four major self-defense cases in this country One recently involving a 14-year-old black child being shot in the back. Over allegedly stealing water, which he never did. This young black boy ran 130 yards away from the store. Let me repeat. He’s running away from the store being chased over a football length away from the store . He was shot in the back and Mr Rick Chow the shooter got off with a self-defense claim…. I can’t understand how a 14 year-old boy running away is a threat to someone’s life but anyway anyways. I know you know the story of Daniel Penny, George Zimmerman and Kyle Rittenhouse. All self-defense cases they all killed people in the name of self-defense. You see common law is practiced when dealing with black Americans. You know how abstract laws are in America sir , one word can mean five different things depending on how it’s used . Force can mean, kicking the door in or gently turning the knob. So your question is very hard to answer based off of the previous 4 cases of self-defense. Three of the 4 cases there was no physical contact. And death was still justified. In this case, it has been reported by testimony that there was physical contact before the stabbing occurred how much contact who knows but do you see the contrast? It’s the racial hypocrisy and bias that pisses the black community off. If those other men went to jail, which I think they all should have, then I could swallow this verdict a little more easier.. But an all white jury in 2026 should not be allowed especially a case involving a white victim, and a black defendant.
