Hey @virginmedia, why does my bill keep going up by my service keep getting worse? @CommunityFibre can you just sort it out and come to our road finally?

@virginmedia It goes round and round in circles telling me to reset the router, which takes 15 minutes, only to not make a difference and end up with the same problem.
