@ctrl4ltp3rs0na @ChrisRGun You use words such as objectively, not good, and unremarkable, but don’t provide any reason as to why you think that. Chris, and others like myself, can give you tons of reasons why the game is great. Can you do the same?

I literally have 120 hours in Marathon. I was playing on PS5 for most of that time, but I’ve discovered I’m much better on Xbox. It’s from all those years playing semi-professionally in Halo 2.

Marathon has totally hooked me. The deeper I get, the more impressed I am by the level of design and creativity Bungie managed to pull off. It's so much more than just first person Arc Raiders, a game I also loved, but now I can't see going back to.

I love this time of year. The lawn is roaring back. Trees and flowers are starting to bloom. It's fun putzing around the yard; trim this, water that, mow, plant. I spend hours out there. This will be my uninterrupted daily regimen until the oppressive heat arrives. (Then, pool.)

@Bandygrass Is there any update on when the game is going to be released? I know Spring was mentioned, but I’m hoping for a release month at the least? Thanks.

I don’t want to be “the Marathon guy” on here but it’s really something special. I haven’t been this into multiplayer game since Halo 3 and I’m someone who’s more cynical about these things than I’d like to be. I expected that I *might* like it. I was NOT expecting THIS.

In #Marathon, being the only one left alive in trios (even with randoms), surviving, and trying to rez your teammates is the biggest adrenaline rush I’ve ever felt, akin to every boss fight that has kicked your ass in Dark Souls/Borne. My arms are shaking. I can’t believe I won.

@Senninsage @Dee_Batch So, you’re saying that most people buy Nintendo games for the exclusives, and PlayStation for 3rd party games? If that’s the case, where does that leave Xbox? People don’t buy games there. Power is irrelevant. And using the word “casuals” is very cringe.

@Dee_Batch 3rd Party and being the more popular brand with kids and casuals is responsible for PS5's sales. Only one gaming brand can claim people primarily buy their hardware foe their exclusives. Only Nintendo can credibly say this.

They're mad about the new Xbox Console Project Helix because. 1 - They know it will be way stronger than a PS6 2 - They said for years you don't need an Xbox console get a PC, but Xbox is delivering BOTH in one product. 3 - They know it's historic and never been done before.

I don’t get scared often; it takes a lot to genuinely unsettle me. With that said, #ResidentEvilRequiem is fucking anxiety inducing. My god, I’ve had to actually pause the game just to breathe. What a masterclass in survival horror.

This will probably be controversial, but I think Anthony Edward’s is overrated, or to be a little more nice, inconsistent.

I just realized that #FF7Remake is basically a 30-hour experience of Cloud discovering he has autism.

Ugh, why are the episodes for #AKnightOfTheSevenKingdoms so short? They are too good to be hardly 30 minutes long.
