@Dee_Batch @TheRedDragon I won't ever touch an electric car, Petrol all the way for me. Reasons? The sound, the feel, the engine. I love my 2018 Golf GTI Performance, modified running 335bhp. An electric car takes away everything that makes a car desirable imo.

@BennyBooker23 It comes at a hard perf hit for ps5 and series consoles. You will get marginally better image quality but lose performance. Those gpus are just too weak. s o it will run but you will get lower res and lower fps

Wow, this is huge news! I wonder what it means for Reg Ps5 and Xbox series X GPUs? TBH I think the perf hit is too much for the consoles as they are not nearly as powerful as the PC RDNA 2 GPUs. Lets see what happens with this isn 2027 for the consoles. very good news for PC guys though

@LeviathanGamer2 intersting. so basically slight better image quality on series console. But I agree better is better no matter how small. From what you are saying they will probably leave it alone on Ps5 and push ppl to PS5 Pro.

@Dee_Batch The frametime cost of FSR4 using dp4a on PS5 would be only 30% faster than the Series S at the same resolution, so adding support on PS5, would require dropping the resolution from 1080p down to around 630p range which would be too steep of a resolution drop.

@Dee_Batch about what RDNA2 is doing, but if it is similar, the Series X and Series S can take advantage of it. You can emulate dp4a on PS5 using Packed Math(FP16 or INT16), but it would be better to stick with FSR3 for the PS5.

@Dee_Batch Depends on why RDNA2 is delayed to 2027. There isn't really a reason to hold it back because FSR4.0 already had a leaked version that ran on RDNA2 GPUs, so it must have to do with something specific they need to do for FSR4.1.

I’ve had my Cybertruck for 2 and a half years now, and the battery is still looking great. 120 kWh out of 125 kWh originally. These 4680 packs have great longevity!
