A historic decision by the Modi Government to build world-class industrial parks! The Government under PM @NarendraModi ji’s leadership has approved the Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna (BHAVYA) with an allocation of ₹33,660 crore to develop 100 investment-ready plug-and-play industrial parks across the country. BHAVYA is a Central Sector Scheme built on key pillars of: - Building next-generation industrial infrastructure - Boosting ease of doing business through reforms & plug-and-play ecosystems - Creating future-ready, sustainable & efficient industrial parks - Driving investment, employment & stronger industrial ecosystems Under the scheme, industrial parks ranging from 100 to 1000 acres (25 acre for Northeast and hilly regions) will be developed, with the Central Government providing financial support of up to ₹1 crore per acre. By enabling cluster-based development and co-location of industries, suppliers and support services, BHAVYA will strengthen supply chains, reduce costs and foster vibrant industrial ecosystems across regions. India’s export momentum continues to strengthen with strong performance across key sectors in February 2026. Engineering Goods exports grew by 12.90% to US$ 10.36 Billion, while Electronic Goods exports increased by 10.37% to US$ 4.18 Billion. Organic & Inorganic Chemicals exports rose 6.85% to US$ 2.38 Billion, Gems & Jewellery exports grew 4.08% to US$ 2.64 Billion, and Meat, Dairy & Poultry Products exports recorded a strong 22.66% growth to US$ 0.55 Billion, reflecting India’s expanding global demand. #DoC_GoI #IndiaExports #ExportGrowth @RajeshAgrawal94 @PIB_India

Key focus on seed availability, improved practices, retting infrastructure and fibre quality, along with the continued implementation of the Jute-ICARE scheme. India’s exports continue to demonstrate steady growth. During April–February 2025–26, cumulative exports (merchandise & services) are estimated at US$ 790.86 Billion, up from US$ 747.58 Billion in the same period last year, reflecting a growth of 5.79%.
