The jury explicitly stated that it was NOT rape, but the judge insisted that it was. Doesn't the jurors' verdict stand? Do we go with what the 12 men and women declared or the judge? The accurate statement is: Trump was found civilly liable for sexual abuse in a manner that Judge Kaplan described as rape in the everyday sense. From Grok: No, no judge found Donald Trump "liable for rape" in the legal sense used at trial. Here's the precise breakdown from the E. Jean Carroll v. Trump civil case (the only one where this issue was litigated): What the jury actually decided (May 2023): The jury was given a verdict form with separate questions under New York law. Question on "rape": They answered No — Carroll did not prove that Trump raped her under the narrow legal definition (forcible penile/vaginal penetration). Question on "sexual abuse": They answered Yes — Trump was found liable for sexually abusing Carroll (forcible digital/finger penetration of the vagina). They also found Trump liable for defamation and awarded Carroll about $5 million total.en.wikipedia.orgThis was a civil case (lower standard of proof: "more likely than not"), not criminal. What Judge Lewis Kaplan said: Judge Kaplan (who presided over the trial) repeatedly clarified the distinction in post-verdict rulings: He denied Trump's motion for a new trial and wrote that the jury's finding of sexual abuse implicitly meant Trump "deliberately and forcibly penetrated Ms. Carroll’s vagina with his fingers." He explicitly stated that this act is rape "as many people commonly understand the word 'rape'" — even though it did not meet the narrow, technical New York penal law definition of rape (which requires a penis). Also, Trump won a judgment of 15 million dollars and an apology from ABC News when George Stephanopoulos kept saying that Trump was "liable for rape" in an interview with Nancy Mace.

An American citizen went up against Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) on the issue of illegal immigration and completely wiped the floor with him. She called him out to his face for obsessing about Epstein when illegals have caused exponentially more harm to children and the American people in general. Khanna gaslit and said of the Democrats, “We have been for a secure border.” She shot back quickly, “No one in California can say they’re for a secure border.” Khanna then brought up the collateral damage of ICE raids in Minneapolis. She rightly retorted, “Two people.” Meanwhile Democrats defend millions of illegals. Khanna tried to pivot to the issue of sex trafficking by rich people but then got silenced because he’s ignoring the sex trafficking by illegals. This woman was just getting started too. She rightly said that illegals feel like they’re above the law because “they get right back out of jail when you guys let them out… they are above the law. They are at a tier that gets to walk free whenever they want.” Khanna claimed that “if you commit a violent crime then you should face deportation.” She strongly responded, “But you guys don’t do it!” Khanna then tried to demonize ICE. She responded, “I feel comfortable with ICE around. I’m not a criminal illegal immigrant so I feel very comfortable. I’m not terrorized by them and I’m from New York.” Khanna then tried to make a case for illegals who’ve opened a restaurant in the U.S. Again, this woman crushed his argument: “Why? Why are they allowed to do that? Why are they taking that place away from someone else?” Khanna then said if the illegal operating the restaurant has been here for 10 years then they should be allowed to stay. Her response to this was perhaps her best of the conversation: “If you’re going to go after someone that was on Epstein’s island 10 years ago then you should go after people that came here illegally 10 years ago.” YES! Khanna then promoted a path to legalization for illegals and the woman got booted because the crowd wanted to talk about Epstein. This woman won the debate and the leftists just didn’t want to hear it. We need people like her in Congress who refuse to be gaslit by Democrats promoting their nonsensical pandering to illegals. NEW: Astronaut Victor Glover shares the gospel to a crowd who welcomed him back home to Houston, Texas. People were seen lining the streets to welcome Glover back home. “Some of us have never met before. And you know whose fault that is? Ours. So let's choose to do this. Let's be this more. Let's be neighbors.” “I don't know if you heard me say it, but God told us to love Him with all that we are and love our neighbors as ourselves.” What a remarkable person. Video: sp00kycut1e / tt.

🚨 Peak liberal brain rot caught on camera. Man: “This petition is to stop deporting Jose Medina, who was charged with shooting and killing an 18-year-old girl.” Woman in white: “Yes… I’ll sign.” She then doubles down, saying we shouldn’t deport him just because “he wanted to kill somebody” and that we need to understand “why he did that.” When asked if the victim did anything to deserve it, she replies: “I can’t judge any of them.” Unbelievable. She’s actively defending a murderer over an innocent 18-year-old girl.

I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded. It's in beta — would love to know what you think 👇 Numbers don't lie, but criminals do. courtwatch.us @bennyjohnson @jockowillink @GrantCardone @LauraLoomer @nickshirleyy @j_fishback

The Weingart Tower, which cost $165 million to build, has become nothing more than a sight for residents of Skid Row to watch as people jump out of the windows. Families like this one, who are living on the streets, should be the absolute first priority for help from CA’s government. Yet, here they are, ignored and left in the shadows while Democrats pretend to invest in phony multi-million dollar projects meant to help these exact people, yet somehow they’re never completed because they conveniently ALWAYS run out of money. The reality of it is simple. Democrats don’t actually care about these people or about doing anything to assist them because if the homelessness problem is actually solved, then that means the money stops flowing. This is the homeless industrial complex in action and the only way to end this all is to remove the corrupt Democrat supermajority.

Democrat Rep Ayanna Pressley is questioned about her net worth being negative before entering Congress and then skyrocketing to $8 million dollars after being elected “Congresswoman — What do you have to say to Americans who are concerned about the fact that you went into Congress with a negative net worth and now you're reportedly worth over $8 million?” Her husband started a consulting firm and she also acquired multiple properties valued in the range of $8 million Corruption
