The very simple point is: you cant compare 2 things (Ireland v Bhutan) & definatively say "its not the vaccine" unless the 2 things you are comparing that lead to that conclusion are the same (which obviously they werent ie: 94% dose 1 AZeneca v Majority Pfizer)
