Hydra Voting for the 2026 Budget Process is now open. From today until 12 June, DReps can review and vote on proposals submitted through the Intersect budget process using the Hydra Voting platform. Over the past weeks, proposers, reviewers, DReps, and community members have contributed feedback, discussion, and refinements across a wide range of proposals. That review phase has now concluded, and proposals are locked ahead of voting. To progress through the process, proposals must reach: ✅ 67% approval of participating stake within Ekklesia Community discussion remains open throughout voting and can continue helping inform DRep decision-making. @adamKDean Hi Adam, Our stablecoin balance corresponds to contractual obligations we have, which includes implementation/launch-readiness and first year operations of the integrations we have signed to date (Dune, USDCx, Pyth, & LayerZero). It's also solely connected to CCI V1.

@IntersectMBO Can we logically infer that this means that roughly half or more of the budget (9M / 0.25 = 36M ADA [51%]) remained from the original Critical Integrations v1 Budget? What is the intended use-case for these $9M USDCx relevant to both CCIv1 + CCIv2?

Stablecoin update! Intersect has minted $9m+ in USDCx this week under our administration of Cardano’s Critical Integrations budget. Earlier this year we also minted across USDM and USDA, using Cardano-native stables to meet contract & milestone obligations for integrations signed to date. All supported through close coordination with our Pentad partners @Cardano_CF @emurgo_io @IOGroup @midnightfdn This also marks an important milestone as we close in on enabling the use of Cardano-native stablecoins for vendors under our administration.

As previously stated, here is the current hard fork compatible release of Ogmios, just released. github.com/IntersectMBO/o… This Ogmios fork is hosted under the IntersectMBO repositories as an interim measure, allowing the hard fork to progress on PreProd while providing additional time for the original Ogmios owner to review the changes before any merging back to the original branch ahead of the Mainnet hard fork enactment. Reminder: PreProd HF ratification is now expected May 31, with enactment June 5.

Ogmios/Kupo update 🚨 PreProd HF ratification has been waiting for the readiness of some critical ecosystem tooling. In order to progress the PreProd HF the decision has been made to fork Ogmios so that it can be made van Rossem compatible shortly, through a respective transparent PR. This will provide the original Ogmios author time to review the changes and merge into the original code base ahead of the Mainnet hard fork enactment. It is worth mentioning that there would be no frontend changes and that the respective PR is meant to provide the service that communicates with the node. Ogmios and Kupo readiness will be communicated with relevant links ASAP.

Hard fork progress update 🛠️ Following the Hard Fork Working Group call on May 28, 2026 the decision has been made to ratify the PreProd test network hard fork in the current epoch. PreProd HF: Ratification - May 31, 2026 00:00 UTC Enactment - June 5, 2026 00:00 UTC SPOs, DApps and developers are highly encouraged to upgrade their nodes and tooling ahead enactment on June 5. Technical update ⚙️ SPOs Block production on node v11.0 for Epoch 633 is currently at 56%. Showing great progress for adoption ahead of the mainnet hard fork.
