1/ The Cardano Budget Process 2026 facilitated by Intersect is now live. As part of the process Intersect has submitted a proposal focused on continued governance coordination and technical stewardship. Thank you to everyone who stood in the April committee elections, and to those who took part by voting. As part of our standard post-election audit and checks, we are reviewing a small number of membership records to ensure the integrity of the results. To allow this review to complete, election results are now expected to be published tomorrow at around 12pm UTC as we are taking additional time to complete this work before confirming the outcome.

Technical Update ⚙️ cardano-db-sync-13.7.0.4 released DB Sync 13.7.0.4 supports node version 10.7.1. It provides major performance improvements in speed and memory. It supports LSM (experimentally for now), which brings memory requirements down to ~6 GB. github.com/IntersectMBO/c…

UPDATE: The scheduled start for the upcoming Constitutional Committee (CC) election process facilitated by Intersect will now open one week later than previously communicated, on May 8 2026.
