I was advised by my doctor that I am pre-diabetes. So I started the keto diet a few weeks ago, have lost 20 lbs just eating steaks and eggs, water.
Today was my first fasting blood sugar test below 100 mg/dL. It was 96.
Keto diet does work to fix diabetes, no medicine required.
