Handover delay at hospital is a system wide problem. If you had to measure the ‘harm’ caused by handover delays and queuing outside ED would it be any of the following or something else? Please note I have left out the option of ‘all of the above’ on purpose to force responses!

@Ade999 @FrimleyHealth Lots of problems at the top... will they all be solved in one project or are there lots of mini-projects? Be interested to see how the customer view of the process is captured and if it differs... maybe differed coloured notes overlay?
