Last wk I visited admin teams in our new Memory Assessment Services. @kmptnhs want to drive down time 2 diagnosis, great to hear feedback & suggestions to improve. Vital to bring everyone with you when making improvement, so often admin forgotten #ContinuousImprovement #Dementia

Yesterday the team had their first set of huddles, linking overall @kmptnhs position, understand commitments, support if needed & if the weekly plan is off track how to recover it. 10-15 mins helps drive #transformation & is 1 of most powerful ways to help #continuousimprovement
