10 Questions Every CRE Broker Must Ask Before Touring
1. What type of business will you operate here?
2. How many employees and are you expecting to grow?
3. What's your ideal SF, and your min/max range?
4. Any special power requirements amps, voltage, or backup power?
5. What clear height do you need, and what loading is required?
6. How many parking spots including trucks or fleet vehicles?
7. Do you need outside storage, a yard, or outdoor operations space?
8. Any location requirements part of town, highway access, labor pool?
9. What's your target move-in date and desired lease term?
10. What's your target rent per SF and do you understand NNN costs?
Ask these before you ever schedule a tour. Qualify faster, waste less time, close more deals.

Having an overweight dog takes 3 years on average off their life.
60% of dogs are fat.
Not having an overweight dog is easy.
Measure their food daily and don't give them treats. DO NOT PUT UNLIMITED FOOD OUT.

Both of my kids were here for Turkey day
- I got divorced last February
- My daughter broke up with her fiance who went off the rails and they just bought a house together last year
- My son broke up with his GF and moved in with me.
