What's your ideal SF, and your min/max range? 4. Any special power requirements amps, voltage, or backup power? 5. What clear height do you need, and what loading is required? 6. How many parking spots including trucks or fleet vehicles? 7. Do you need outside storage, a yard, or outdoor operations space? 8. Any location requirements part of town, highway access, labor pool? 9. What's your target move-in date and desired lease term? 10. What's your target rent per SF and do you understand NNN costs? Ask these before you ever schedule a tour. Qualify faster, waste less time, close more deals.
