This has been keeping me up at night this week: The startup mantra of 2026: "Anyone can vibe code anything. The key isn't building, it's distribution." I'm not sure that's true. Last week one of my favorite AI/automation platforms announced it's shutting down. The founder had built incredible distribution over the past 2 years. More than that, he had a product that solved real business problems. It solved problems that the competition didn't. And it was way easier to use/ get up and running. This is a new era, and I'm not sure anyone knows the long term secret to success in sass when things are moving this fast. But combining a great product with great distribution might not cut it. RIP Relay App. You made a lot of people's lives easier.

i think Claude Desktop app should just combine all 3 toggle modes (chat, cowork, code) into one. it's genuinely confusing when to use which mode and i shouldn't have to spend mental energy deciding. Chat feels like a dumber version of cowork while cowork is a less capable version of code. what's the point from user POV?
