@ScottishWidows - how do I get information when you:
don’t answer phones
don’t call back (despite saying you will)
don’t respond to letters (ditto)
are not contactable on email
have an App that doesn’t work
have a chat-bot that can’t answer questions

@sdavieslaw @CommonsPAC @MoJGovUK Para 2 - 1st sentence re MoJ blaming more police is utter nonsense. The chaos in CJS is because the last Govt shut numerous courts (mags and crown), refused to allow other courts to sit and defunded the entire system for a decade.

The @CommonsPAC are not convinced that the @MoJGovUK are taking urgent action when it comes to tackling the backlog in the Crown Courts.
What is the point of a Criminal Justice Board if it does not meet at all?
The backlog is the outcome of incompetence at the highest level.

@DandG_Global Thankyou Sam - this is now 2nd day of trying to make contact so they must have a LOT of problems. The online booking system allows you to fill all details in etc and then says error call on phone. Your colleague confirmed the online system doesnt is not used (so why is it there).

This is not a common occurrence with Neff/Bosch, so I sincerely do apologise for the trouble you're experiencing.
We do not have any influence over their phone lines or the staff that they hire to man them.
They must be extremely busy at this time. I recommend calling later in the day. They are open until 4PM

Book insured repair on D&G website. 48hrs later find not booked. Rebook online & then they say contact Neff.
Call Neff 1/2hr later they simply cut call
Booked online but Neff say booking error contact Bosch
Bosch = no reply after 1/2hr

@DandG_Global Hello Sam, their phone system times-out after 30minutes so there is no point in holding on since they do not answer and it just costs me a 1/2hr phone call each time. IF D&G are to continue providing cover you need to ensure your operatives can be contacted.
No service at all.

Another 1/2hr with no response from Neff
Call D&G and miraculously someone answers to put me through direct, only they dont, they put me back to the same call-line that cuts off.
What is the point of D&G insurance if I cannot book a repair?

thanks for responding.
your repair team have been in contact & will try to sort this tomorrow. The problem is that your preferred repair company does not accept online bookings (despite having an entire online booking process) and they cannot be reached by phone.

@SnotSurgeon Of the 2 who cancelled last Weds surely 4days notice is enough to fill the slot. The one who couldn’t wait should be billed for the cost of the wasted time namely loss of theatre, nursing, surgeon, anaesthetist etc and put to the rear of the queue.

@Joanna__Hardy Yes - any toiletries, makeup, creams, toothpaste etc - all should be kept below the 50ml mark and in one plastic bag. Rules were relaxed but then reimposed because last Govt did not install the necessary scanners (nor have they elsewhere)
