5% of employees are doing sophisticated work with AI—treating as a reasoning partner, delegating complex tasks, ambitious usage—and the best users are above manager level!
Interesting data: hbr.org/2026/03/what-t…

Yep I’ve seen this happen. Someone was let go and then his business head got him re-instated.
Gergely Orosz@GergelyOrosz
This is more common than you'd imagine at large layoffs. Happened eg at Uber's 20% layoffs in 2020 as well. It is because layoffs are decided at Director-or-above levels, and quotas need to be hit. Directors (or above) don't have all context, and some key folks are let go. Oops!

@Kenneth me !
I was thinking of something for the 1st april , but no time to make it :)

@bbssppllvv Agreed. The older stitch used to make AI do even text edits. Atleast they let you edit manually now. Works if you are token rich like Google but really overkill.

Fwiw I feel the stitch release was underwhelming. It still focuses on 0-1 and the design system feature seems underbaked and everything it creates seems suspiciously like Material Design.
English

Google Stitch might be one of the most overhyped “design tools” I’ve seen in a while.
1.Stitch is not really a design editor. It’s a generator. If you want to change a button position, adjust spacing, or move an element, good luck, you have to re-prompt and regenerate the whole thing. Waiting a minute just to move a button is not the future of design. ⬇️

@SmartMatchingjp Both Codex and Claude Code struggled on it. Also the vault setup and load is so slow for the first time setup. I don’t know if it’s expected to be or something’s wrong in the implementation.
English

@Kenneth Tauri's stronghold is notoriously tricky to set up. The keychain integration can be finicky across platforms. Impressive that you pushed through it with AI assistance though - that's exactly the kind of edge case where Claude Code shines, debugging platform-specific issues.
English

@SmartMatchingjp Trickiest part was the technical. The agents ran into issues when they tried to add Tauri’s stronghold v2.tauri.app/plugin/strongh… to manage user token.
English

@Kenneth Love seeing the full AI-native workflow here - design to code to shipping. Claude Code has been surprisingly good at understanding UI intent and translating it into clean code. What was the trickiest part of the build?
English

I used AI to build everything. From the screens (@variantui) to the logo(@QuiverAI). No Figma. Codex and Claude Code did the programming and I did the testing.
You can find it here (macOS): github.com/inosaint/pinbo…

i’m starting to feel UI/UX twitter is just as bad as LinkedIn.

When design looks this sharp, investors assume the numbers are too. That’s the power of a premium landing page.
English

@impactology @wh0sumit We will have smaller teams doing more. Not necessarily erosion of entry levels but can happen if the industry doesn’t grow.
English

I wouldn’t have noticed the pattern if one of them didnt have this @read_cv url pre-filled. Cc: @_andychung

Asked @variantui to generate designs for a mac OS app I’m making and the bookmark content it created were real articles and sometimes topical to the style of the UI.

English

@harsh_logs But making it look only like vanilla material is kinda ugh
