In the same way I judged Angela's term as Chair, I will do so for @LPchair Evan McMahon--based on what he told to me on my show. I will also afford him time to meet the goals as I did Angela. To help others focus on the right things, here is what he said. Godspeed Evan.

@regjoeschmo @NavyEMC @LPofMN Correct. The US should not be sending arms or soldiers to Ukraine/Russia or involve us in any other country's conflicts. That doesn't mean that the public can't call out Russia for its years of aggression and invasion of Ukraine.

@BrianPelti14722 @LPofMN I just checked the backend of YouTube... it's not there. I have reached out to the convention AV team to see if there are physical recordings of the event. I think (hope) there are. So it might take a little longer. But I will keep looking for it.

Congrats to Evan McMahon, our new @LPNational LNC Chair! Evan has proven himself as chair of the Indiana LP, which is overwhelmingly successful in membership, fundraising and maintaining ballot access for candidates. We are lucky to have this experience at the national level!

Evan wasn’t my first choice, I have been honest on that. But when my choice got eliminated, it was an honor to vote for him! Also, it wasn’t really on values/views… just on the knowing person personally
