Never trusting @Salinasvhealth, @Labcorp , nor @BlueShieldCA with my money ever again. All 3 gave false approval saying I was covered or proceeding with unauthorized testing for work that was still falsely approved. Lost nearly $100 or more because of all the blame pointing...

I think @Labcorp is straight up scamming people for money.
I didn't approve of ANY testing and I'm getting an anonymous bill with no detail, no due date, and no info for what and charging through @BlueShieldCA with no approval. Worst off, during no office hours to cancel action.

@Labcorp I will never ever go back to a Labcorp location again. The lack of human interaction in your offices is sad. Checking in on a tablet, sitting there way past my appt time, and the in efficient processes of drawing blood are the worst. Find another co to draw blood for you

First, they said they would take me before lunch and then the phlebot left before drawing me.
Maybe I am just hungry from fasting, but seriously?!

- You already had my e-mail address
- Why not just e-mail invoices and links, instead of texting? Or why not ask us which way we prefer?
- Similarly plain, why not simply include an itemized list of services performed with the invoice payment page?

I've dealt with 2 major corporations in the last 2 days: @Labcorp and @SamsungUS. Both experiences were awful, and there's no meaningful customer service option. I'm not sure why I even bother to vent, except we shouldn't have to live like this.

Brutal bruising is what I get with option B which is what I get every time

Not impressed at all by @Labcorp and will ask the Dr not to send us again. Been calling for 3 days and no one picks up phone. Left vm no call back. Have to drive over to see if they got orders. Ridiculous. #CustomerExperience
