Unpopular opinion: Your landing page copy is not the problem. Your positioning is. You can have perfect copywriting on a broken positioning strategy and still get 0 conversions. Fix what you're saying before you fix how you're saying it.

I analysed 3 SaaS sites today. Every single one had the same critical gap: No answer to the question every visitor asks in the first 5 seconds: "Why should I trust you?" Just: why you, why now, why not your competitor. Reply with your URL. I'll tell you if it works.

4/ A CTA that asks for too much too soon "Start your free trial" on a cold visitor who just landed is asking for a marriage on a first date. Micro-commitments first. Big ask later. I find all 4 of these — and more — on every site I analyse. lambdagent.com
