Hey @thunkoid, just reloaded your project with a Pro subscription, fresh data gathered with updated engine + almost empty daily digest. Will appreciate your feedback.

OMG! I'm so satisfied with what I did... It finds me the conversations where to engage my target audience, but also detects the spam/slop with insane precision... Let's goooo!

@thunkoid I think a social proof with a direct link onto the source is my primary trigger in decision making.

I’ve been thinking, and prototyping over the weekend. I think I got a little lost in the sauce. I need to keep my eye on the prize and keep shipping small incremental changes. Today, I redesign my landing page. When looking at a landing page, what positive signals are you looking for?

Removed 30% functionality of product I work on to make it more valuable. Tough. But best decision. 👇

Yeah, for sure. Luck is important. But you can increase your chances by building something unique and attractive on top of your product. I've started with idea 55 days ago. Day later I had a plan about such magnet. It has a very high chances to blow up my bills and attract some customers.

@fadeone_x I agree ! I think luck is a huge factor also (if you market right and blows up or no) … it takes one famous person to like your idea and share it with others

I don’t know how some of you ship apps in a week. i’ve been locked in for 2 weeks on mine. last night? friday night. refactored code, rewrote logic, polished UI details nobody will notice but me, wrote unit tests. slow builder. obsessive. not stopping.

@DhravyaShah What's the reason to not to use vector dbs but use 14-18 LLM calls per query? Use 1 to answer with the tool to note anything it wants to note and retrieval engine lol. It's not hard to beat any long-term memory bench with a single agent with RAG.

@thunkoid Well, maybe a call with strangers has good outcomes sometimes 😁 Appreciate your feedback. Hope I also gave you enough things to think about.

@fadeone_x The magic wand framing is great. Funny, I’ve even worked on a product like this in the past

I’m now realizing that I need to do some actual strategic planning, and testing assumptions. I’ve just been working on gut feel. It’s just so tempting to be a little code goblin and build, build, build. I’m genuinely impressed by business minded people. I need to work more on this. Is the play DM’ing anyone that fits your ICP and asking them questions about their problems?

Yes. But is it so necessary to be your customer, to understand what the problem you need to solve? People are complaining about problems every second on social media. Sharing their experience, asking advice... If you have some magic wand that could find these relevant ones, aggregate and analyse the clusters... You'll get a clean picture of what is actually a problem that worth solving. Isn't?

@fadeone_x So how do I validate? It seems like a lot of people start just by getting 1 client and solving their problems, and validating that there is more demand

DMing for this purpose - is the worst idea possible. You will spend less time and probably even get better results thinking alone with the coffee. - DMing friends - biased - strangers - won't do anything, especially providing some useful advice - make strangers more involved in your idea first - probably, but they quickly becomes biased the same as friends.

@wickedguro I think I am on the way. Users base growing without my attention. People are deciding to feature it on social media on their own. But it's just a very beginning.

"For you" section always looks like a garbage. 90% of posts are either ragebait, dumb bs or "this or this".

If you post on X something genuinely useful - it's buried. If you post a dumb stuff like ragebait - you're growing. X algo is BS. Try to change my mind.

pSEO works well even if you have 200-300 high-quality pages. 6 weeks of consistent daily content gen (2-15 posts / day). Impressions are doubling every 2.5 weeks. Already getting cited by AI daily (20-40 times a day). Getting organic visitors every day.

@thunkoid I understand you. But we must remember who our users are. They want quicker, better, cheaper and simpler than ever.

Yeah, that’s exactly my thinking. I’d like to prototype out a new approach, instead of just dropping users in the editor, the main view would be the thinking tool. And decide what to do with the editor later. The reason I like the editor is that it feels like more of a differentiator than just an agent.

How do you decide when to start a pivot, small or large? And when to throw out your old roadmap? I’ve been seriously thinking about moving the focus of my app from an editor, to a thinking tool to use with an editor. (Still unsure if I cut my editor completely) The editor is overwhelming to new users, it’s fairly complex. I wonder. does the world need another editor?
