@LastPass you have had a total and complete failure of customer service today. I AM PAYING FOR BAD SERVICE! Can’t log in, and can’t access the premium customer service I pay for because I can’t log in. 13hrs later not a single answer to emails. #fail

@LastPass @PCMag Would be good to provide better support for your clients. I've been a Family client for years and decided to downgrade back to Premium and instead, your silly system put me in a free license. Now I'm stuck, not even the chat works because your silly system thinks I don't deserve.

@LastPassHelp This is what anyone experiencing issues should do: delete that extension and reinstall it. You would expect support to know that instead of coming up with other crazy “solutions.”

dear @LastPass why in the fuck is the chrome extension not keeping me logged in (perpetually greyed out) even after logging in and entering a passkey? ta.

@jrgndwvr The purpose is to rule out settings under your current profile. You are allowed multiple profiles to exist concurrently. Feel free to DM me for additional troubleshooting steps. ^AC

@LastPassHelp What? I can't have to create a new profile in Chrome, can I?? My whole life is in there! What kind of solution is this, for heaven's sake?

@jrgndwvr Secondly, create a new profile in Chrome with default settings, then log back into LastPass to record the behavior in that environment. ^AC

Chrome is just … unsupported for export of passwords @lastpass ? @ktoubba disappointing end to my use of last pass but literally doesn’t matter from a rev perspective for your company so I get why it’s not fixed. Is this just a know low priority issue for you and your team?
