Hi @DeLonghiUK is there a known fault with your payment page? It keeps saying checkout.error.authorization.failed when everything is filled in, and I’ve tried multiple cards?!

Not impressed I’ve just had to bin a brand new @waitrose cucumber after purchasing it on Friday. Soft, squishy, and a small amount of mould on it! You have no labels at all on your cucumbers, so how can you know if it’s fresh when you sell it? Very disappointing!

@johnlewishelp I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app. You can click on it, but as soon as it opens, it closes straight away.

@london_theatre Two hours of queuing in an effort to get a couple of Matilda matinee tickets during Kids Week. Only to have to select a day, queue again only to find all are sold out. Then rinse and repeat. It's infuriating.

@london_theatre @JoyKluver I don’t understand that. For example, Matilda on 24th at 2.30 says there is availability but once I waited and got through, it showed all the tickets were currently unavailable

@LouPro85 @JoyKluver Hello Louise, none of the shows are currently sold out! The calendars are loading slowly but they are loading and only a handful of performances have sold out so there is still very good availability. - Kay

Getting very frustrated with the @london_theatre #KidsWeek queue system. At 10am, told 1hr wait, then 26mins, 40mins, 44mins & now more than an hour. Even @RoyalAlbertHall was better than this for Proms. I’ve got a parcel due soon. That’s when I’m going to get in, aren’t I? 🙄

@JoyKluver @london_theatre I hope you get some. I think most are sold out for the big shows - Matilda, lion king, Shrek. I have just come off the website and those are all gone or not showing. The website has major issues and isn’t always uploading the calendar 🫣

@london_theatre I have a work Zoom call at 1pm so I hope I’m through by then, preferably with tickets! I’ve never known it to be this bad and I’ve been booking Kids Week for years.

How can @MulberryEngland think it’s acceptable for customers to return an item and then still not have this acknowledged 10+ days after? Phone line isn’t working and hasn’t been since Christmas and no response to emails! Very very poor for a supposed luxury brand!

Tried two of the @VeganLazy frozen packs and they are amazing! So delicious and quick and easy. Nice to see them in @waitrose and @sainsburys 👏
