@london_theatre Two hours of queuing in an effort to get a couple of Matilda matinee tickets during Kids Week. Only to have to select a day, queue again only to find all are sold out. Then rinse and repeat. It's infuriating.

@FortniteGame Can you please try and reverse the incorrect permanent ban on my account? I played Fortnite for less than 30 minutes on release before realising I’m too old for it. Now my son wants to play but I’m suddenly banned!? Your support team is very unhelpful by the way.
